Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Five years of progressive experience in higher education academic advising or related area.
• Supervisory or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assigns student caseloads to Academic Coaches and assesses difficult cases.
• Analyzes reports on student degree progression and makes data-informed decisions.
• Presents at meetings, workshops, and other venues for internal and external stakeholders to disseminate CSU’s retention strategies.
• Represents CSU at recruitment events, meetings and serves on committees.
