Qualifications

• Master's degree in Student Affairs, higher education administration or closely related field.
• Minimum one year experience developing, implementing and coordinating programs.
• Ability to work flexible hours and occasional weekends.
• Experience with diverse student populations.
• Supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of personal computers and software for record keeping and orientation processes.
• Experience working in a university orientation office and in a team environment.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with others.
