Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, New Store Technology Delivery Operations in Raleigh.

This role leads end-to-end technology delivery for new stores, market hubs, relocations, conversions, and launches, coordinating a blended team of delivery leads, engineers, and contractors to ensure sites are ready and stable at opening. Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large technology deployments with fixed opening dates.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams of employees, contractors and vendors.
• Strong delivery planning, risk management and executive reporting.
• Experience with multi-site retail technology deployments.
• Knowledge of IT service management practices.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end NSO technology delivery operating model from intake to handoff.
• Build and sustain a high-performing NSO delivery team.
• Lead, coach and develop employees, contractors and partners.
• Create resource and capacity plans based on demand and openings.
• Translate store pipeline into executable delivery plans with milestones.
• Lead operating reviews on schedule health and readiness.
• Ensure site readiness across networks, POS, payments and devices.
• Establish readiness gates for equipment shipment and testing.
• Provide concise status updates to senior technology and business leaders.
• Oversee depot staging and remote-build quality, BOM accuracy and documentation.
• Coordinate pre-opening testing for POS, payments, and transactions.
