Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Facilities Operations to lead a large, multi-site facilities program from our Raleigh HQ. You will oversee a team of Facilities Coordinators, drive preventive maintenance, and manage OPEX and CAPEX within enterprise budgets.

The role requires deep knowledge of building systems and strong cross-functional collaboration with Real Estate, Finance, Procurement, and Stores Operations. Hybrid work arrangement is supported.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive facilities management experience across multi-site portfolios.
• Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience managing teams and vendors.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; preferred fields: Business Admin, Facilities, Engineering.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and facilities/maintenance systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to a team of Facilities Coordinators and Senior Coordinators.
• Develop preventive maintenance, repair, and replacement strategies.
• Own and manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets; monitor performance and reporting.
• Select, negotiate, and manage service provider contracts.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on process efficiency and customer experience.
• Partner cross-functionally with Real Estate, Store Operations, Construction, Finance, IT and others.
