Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership in retail real estate development or related fields.
• 7+ years in executive leadership managing leaders-of-leaders.
• Expertise in site selection, deal negotiation, construction management, and capital planning.
• Experience managing complex budgets and capital investment portfolios.
• Strong financial acumen, ROI evaluation, and capital allocation.
• Willingness to travel as needed to support development and construction activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-year new store growth strategy and market expansion.
• Oversee site acquisition activities, including market identification, land acquisition, lease negotiations, and purchases.
• Provide executive oversight for construction planning and delivery across the portfolio.
• Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets and monitor returns.
• Establish governance, reporting, and capital allocation processes for development and construction.
• Develop leadership pipelines and succession plans across functional areas.
