Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a high-performing store team in North Carolina. You will deliver GAS3 service, coach Team Members, and drive sales and service excellence.

The role includes DIY services supervision such as battery installations and wiper installs, with a focus on safety and smooth daily operations. The position requires proven retail leadership, English proficiency, and strong financial acumen to monitor P&L, inventory, and POS systems.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's in business or related field is preferred.
• Strong financial and business acumen with profitability management experience.
• Excellent communication with customers, peers, and upper management is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Provide GAS3 selling experience for DIY and professional customers.
• Provide leadership and developmental coaching for store Team Members.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service including prompt handling of complaints for product and operational standards.
• Manager on duty responsibilities (touch base/coaching, issue resolution, floor/phone mgmt., task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties)
