Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. seeks a Senior Merchandising Operations Specialist to lead enterprise systems improvements and mentored teams at our Raleigh HQ.

You will drive process changes, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and ensure data quality across merchandising platforms. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in merchandising operations, strong Excel/Power BI capabilities, and experience with Blue Yonder and related tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in merchandising operations, data management, or related roles.
• Experience with enterprise systems and process improvement.
• Ability to mentor team members and collaborate with IT and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead process and system improvements; identify gaps and drive resolutions with IT and business teams.
• Create and maintain process documentation and flowcharts; train team on updates.
• Represent Merch Ops in large-scale initiatives like plan-o-grams and vendor onboarding.
• Monitor merchandising data accuracy and support resolution of anomalies.
• Assist with SKU setup, Ad Control data entry, and Vendor Funding forms; perform data quality audits.
