Job summary

Casa de las Campanas in Rancho Bernardo is seeking a Move In Coordinator to focus on resident move-in and move-out details, while providing administrative support to the sales and marketing team.

Responsibilities include data entry into the sales system, assisting the Director and Residency Counselor, and coordinating unit preparations with paint/flooring selections and timely walk-throughs prior to move-in.

Qualifications

• Two years of administrative experience, ideally in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
• College courses or experience in marketing preferred
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Data entry into the sales system with timely and accurate updates for sales, deposits, and move in/out.
• Assist Director and Residency Counselor with the sales process as needed
• Coordinate moves and unit customizations with paint/flooring; ensure units are ready at final walkthrough
• Coordinate move-in/move-out details with facilities and environmental services to ensure timely unit availability
