Job summary

The Argyle Senior Living is seeking a Move-In/Move-Out Coordinator to ensure warm, seamless transitions for new residents. You will coordinate moving timelines, liaise with families, and support residents in settling into their homes with hospitality-driven service.

Responsibilities include supervising front desk staff, managing unit turnover in the TELS system, and collaborating with maintenance and BOM on charges.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with residents, families, staff and vendors.
• Proven leadership capabilities supervising front desk staff and coordinating schedules.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• One year of related experience or training preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Champion warm move-in experiences for residents and families.
• Coordinate movers, timelines, and personalized touches to help new residents feel at home.
• Oversee unit turnover and maintain room readiness in the TELS system.
• Enter move-out data into TELS and notify the Business Office Manager of final charges.
• Arrange furniture, artwork, unpacking, and other touches to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Lead front desk team and schedule coverage during all hours of operation.
• Attend department meetings and assist with additional tasks as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotation and report incidents promptly.
