Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Business.
• Minimum four years of product management experience.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Salesforce).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; analytical mindset.
• Willing to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and margin expansion for defined product portfolio.
• Develop and manage product portfolio strategy and lifecycle.
• Lead multi-generational roadmap in line with strategic plans.
• Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, sales and production.
• Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies to meet goals.
• Lead product launches and competitive positioning.
