Orthodontic Experts in Madison, WI is offering a full-time position for a New Patient Coordinator. You will greet new patients, welcome them to the practice, and collect records to help set up treatment plans for new patients.

• Minimum 6 months Chairside experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet new patients and welcome them to the practice.
• Take records (pictures and x-rays) to set a treatment plan for new patients.
• Take clear x-rays and photos, accurate scans for retainers.
• Assist in sterilizing equipment and maintain a clean work environment.
• Work with the Treatment Coordinator for patient case acceptance and warm hand-off.
• Assist in meeting monthly and annual clinic goals.
• Explain payment options and insurance coverage related to orthodontics.
• Travel to sister clinics when needed and perform administrative tasks as required.
• Participate in marketing events and other assigned tasks.

Pay Range

$17.00-$18.00 per hour plus bonuses!

Job Description

If you are looking to begin a career in ortho this is the springboard position for you! You will be greeting new patients and welcoming them to the practice. Following the office introduction, you take records (pictures and x-rays) which will be utilized to set a treatment plan for the new patient.

Duties Include But Are Not Limited To

• Taking clear x-rays.
• Taking clear photos.
• Taking accurate scans for retainers.
• Assisting in sterilizing equipment.
• Maintaining clean working environment (not limited to picture & X-ray area).
• Work with the Treatment Coordinator to ensure patient case acceptance by orchestrating a “warm hand-off” to the TC.
• Assist in meeting and/or exceeding monthly and annual clinic goals.
• Cover topics such as payment options and provide the patient with general information regarding insurance coverage as it relates to orthodontics.
• In the event you are traveling to another clinic, you are required to perform all duties and responsibilities of your role including administrative tasks.
• Participate in Marketing Events
• Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/ GED
• New Patient Coordinators should have the ability to work independently, and in a team setting.
• Computer skills
• New Patient Coordinators should have the ability to travel & transport self to other practice locations.
• Minimum 6 months Chairside experience.

Working Hours/ Location

• Monday – Wednesday 8:45am – 5:00pm
• Thursday & Friday 6:45am – 3:00pm
• 2 Saturdays per month
• 1710 Eagan Rd, Madison, WI 53704
• Travel availability to Beloit and Menomonee Falls
