Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service or call center is a plus.
• Dental/orthodontic exposure is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from new patients to schedule appointments.
• Communicate with clinics via email and chat and keep clear notes.
• Provide courteous, timely responses and ensure a positive patient experience.
• Follow up with patients who do not schedule on first call.
