Smile Doctors is seeking a New Patient Coordinator to join our team in Dallas, Texas. The role involves handling incoming calls from new patients, scheduling appointments, and following up on non-scheduled calls.

You’ll communicate effectively with clinics and ensure optimal patient experience. Successful candidates will have a high school diploma, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Basic knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service.
• Bilingual preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from new patients to schedule appointments.
• Follow up with patients who did not schedule on the first call.
• Communicate clearly with clinics.
