Job summary

Smile Doctors, LLC is seeking a Patient Service Agent in Dallas, TX to deliver outstanding patient experiences. You will collect patient information, handle inquiries, resolve issues on the first call, schedule appointments, and process payments using multiple computer applications.

Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently are essential. Prior call center or dental field experience is a plus; bilingual skills are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual preferred but not required.
• Call center experience a plus.
• Knowledge of using computer systems and entering data.

Responsibilities

• Acquire patient and issue-related information and enter call-tracking data.
• Respond to inquiries in a courteous and timely manner with proper grammar.
• Provide optimal patient experience by resolving issues on the first call.
• Coordinate appointment scheduling and take payments.
• Use multiple computer applications concurrently and navigate their functions.
