Hyundai MOBIS Parts America is seeking a Supervisor, Supply (New Model) at our Headquarters facility in Fountain Valley, CA. The role leads a team responsible for New Model launches and ongoing product health, driving SOP improvements and executive reporting.

The position requires 3–5 years in inventory oversight, 2+ years supervisory experience, and proficiency with MS Access/SQL; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. This is a full-time, on-site role with strong leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of directly-related experience in inventory management.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with MS Access or other SQL preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the New Model Supply team to ensure timely product placement and successful launches.
• Develop, document, and audit SOPs; monitor adherence and drive improvements.
• Provide executive level reporting and communication on performance vs. objectives.
