Job summary

Hyundai MOBIS Parts America is seeking a Supervisor, Supply - Campaign Planning (Temp) to ensure campaign parts availability and drive KPI improvements (POs, fill rate, back orders, MOS). You will lead the campaign supply team, coordinate with OE partners and vendors, and develop SOPs to boost service levels.

The role requires 5+ years in inventory planning, a Bachelor’s degree, strong leadership and communication, and the ability to analyze data and manage special projects within a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Experience in campaign supply planning and inventory management.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with forecasting and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead department communication to maximize performance.
• Mentor team to increase operational effectiveness.
• Coordinate supply schedules for campaigns or service actions.
• Prepare and reconcile purchase orders.
• Monitor back orders and optimize service levels.
• Develop SOPs and training for campaign supply.
