Job summary

Hyundai MOBIS Parts America seeks a Supply Backorder Management Analyst to support procurement and improve parts availability for OE service and accessories. You will analyze backorders, coordinate with OE departments, and help develop SOPs.

You will work with HQ Coordinator, track KPIs, prepare daily to quarterly reports, and partner with dealers and vendors to resolve issues while balancing freight, warehousing costs, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma: High School Diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Three years of directly related inventory management experience.
• APICS or other supply chain certifications a plus.
• Experience with inventory planning and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review backorder reports and coordinate resolutions to minimize stockouts.
• Collaborate with OE, vendors, and internal teams to improve supply.
• Track KPIs and generate daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Develop SOPs and training to improve processes.
• Assist with PDC, logistics, and warehouse coordination.
