Job summary

Hyundai MOBIS Parts America is seeking a Lead Analyst, Strategic Planning (Supply) to drive the procurement plan and optimize inventory across nine PDCs. You will analyze demand, forecast disaggregation, and maintain PO strategies to meet KPI targets, with a focus on cost control and system improvements.

The role requires 6–8 years of experience in procurement/planning, a Bachelor's degree, and APICS certification preferred.

• 6–8 years of experience in procurement/planning.
• APICS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the MPA procurement plan totaling around $40M monthly.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to support dealer networks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with forecasting analysts to optimize procurement plans.
• Lead process improvements to improve fill rate, MOS, and inventory health.
• Prepare monthly procurement performance reports for executive management.
