Job summary

Advanced Utility Systems, a division of Harris, seeks a Senior Account Executive to win new municipal utility accounts for the CIS Infinity platform. This is a true hunter role, not a legacy account management position, driving pursuits from first talk to signed contracts.

You will build relationships with utility leaders, qualify opportunities with MEDDPICC, and shape RFP responses with AI-enabled tools. Travel ~50%, remote across US/Canada, EST timezone preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven success selling to municipal utilities over long cycles.
• Experience building relationships with public sector buyers.
• Familiarity with RFP processes and enterprise software sales.

Responsibilities

• Win new municipal utility accounts across North America.
• Develop target account plans for utilities with upcoming buying windows.
• Manage diverse buying groups and run disciplined discovery.
• Lead RFP responses from kickoff to contract signature.
• Mentor new sales team members and shape pursuit strategy.
