Job summary

Davidson Homes is seeking an experienced New Home Sales Consultant in Castroville, TX to convert prospects into homeowners, build referrals, and develop relationships with customers and Realtors.

You will guide clients through the home buying journey, showcase model and quick-move-in homes, and leverage CRM for follow-up to exceed sales goals. A real estate license is preferred and mobility is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of commissioned sales experience, preferably in homebuilding or luxury sales.
• Proven metrics and sales results (e.g., goals achieved, awards).
• Professional communication skills.
• Strong team collaborator.
• Reliable transportation to meet job functions.
• Active real estate license may be required in some markets.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all guests to the community.
• Guide customers through the home buying process while meeting sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Actively use CRM program for follow-up and marketing management.
• Demonstrate model homes, quick move-in homes, amenities, and home sites.
• Understand in-depth all aspects of your community: floor plans, amenities, home sites.
• Generate leads by building relationships and self-prospecting.
• Monitor, meet and exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Build & maintain broker relationships on an ongoing basis.
