Job summary

David Weekley Homes is seeking a motivated sales professional to join our team as a Sales Consultant. You will guide prospective homeowners through the process of purchasing a new home, building trust, and matching needs to the right home for an exceptional buying experience.

You will actively prospect, market, and promote new business while maintaining outstanding customer service and communicating effectively with homebuyers, realtors, and team members.

Qualifications

• Ability to work weekends, evenings and some holidays is required.
• 2+ years of new-home sales experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly.
• Proven prospecting and closing experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide homebuyers through the new home sales process.
• Meet monthly/quarterly/annual sales goals.
• Maintain a high level of customer service.
• Engage in proactive prospecting and marketing to generate new business.
• Follow up with prospective homeowners.
• Maintain relationships with the realtor community.
• Collaborate effectively with homebuyers, realtors, homeowners, and team members.
• Explain the loan process to prospective homeowners.
