Job summary

TriCoast Homes is seeking driven New Home Sales Counselors for the Houston area. You will prospect, follow up, and build relationships with buyers and Realtors to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences from first contact through closing.

The role emphasizes proactive prospecting, market knowledge, and ownership of sales performance in a fast-paced environment. We offer paid training and a commission-based compensation plan with uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience; new home sales experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, follow up consistently, and close business.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and closing goals.
• Prospect and follow up to generate traffic and appointments.
• Build relationships with local Realtors and grow the realtor network.
• Present homes, financing options, incentives, and value to buyers.
• Coordinate with buyers, Realtors, lenders, and construction teams to keep transactions on track.
