Job summary

Responsibilities include qualifying buyers, maintaining centers, and collaborating across teams to ensure satisfaction. Strong communication and 1–3 years in related sales fields are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree and real estate license preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in new home sales, real estate, or related field.
• Proven ability to build relationships and close sales.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage visitors, establish relationships, and determine home buying needs.
• Generate, process, and close home sales through leads using Lennar’s selling approach.
• Provide timely follow-through from initial contact through closing and post-closing.
• Maintain Welcome Home Center, model homes, and inventory homes; relay maintenance needs.
• Travel locally to generate leads from Realtors/Co-Broker and referrals.
• Develop knowledge of competitive market, product offerings, and trends.
• Monitor daily customer traffic using company tracking tools.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth transactions and satisfaction.
• Participate in sales meetings and marketing initiatives to drive growth.
