Job summary

Starlight Homes is seeking a New Home Sales Consultant to guide buyers through the home purchasing journey and provide exceptional customer service. You will learn the Starlight and Ashton Woods sales process while supporting a team-focused culture. Training is provided, with commissions based on performance.

The role requires weekend availability, a valid driver's license, and onsite work at the community model home or mobile office. Salesforce proficiency is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct sales or customer service experience.
• Valid/Active Driver's License required.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Onsite work at the model home or mobile office in the community.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service through inbound calls, educate prospects about products, set appointments, and respond professionally.
• Develop and deliver a sales presentation aligned with company training.
• Maintain high activity levels with prospects and follow up to close appointments.
• Respond to customer queries promptly and communicate with the Starlight Homes team.
• Enter leads, appointments, and communications into Salesforce daily.
• Develop relationships with realtors and visit real estate offices.
