Job summary

Starlight Homes in Mesa, AZ seeks a New Home Sales Consultant to guide buyers through the home buying process and deliver exceptional service. You will learn the Starlight/Ashton Woods sales process, work onsite at the model home, and build relationships with realtors while meeting sales goals.

The role emphasizes commission-based pay, strong customer service, and a collaborative team culture. Training is provided to equip you for success in a fast-paced homebuilding environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of direct sales or customer service experience.
• May require a valid real estate license per state requirements.
• Valid/Active Driver's License required.
• Onsite work at model home or mobile office within the community.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service through inbound calls and educate interested parties about products.
• Develop and deliver a compelling sales presentation aligned with training.
• Maintain high activity: engage new prospects, follow up, set appointments to close.
• Respond to customer queries promptly and communicate with the team.
• Attend weekly meetings and provide updates to the Sales Manager.
• Enter leads and communication into Salesforce daily.
• Develop relationships with realtors and networking within the community.
