Job summary

Starlight Homes is seeking a New Home Sales Consultant to guide homebuyers through the process with exceptional service and a strong understanding of our sales process. On-site training begins with 4 weeks of award-winning instruction, and the role offers the opportunity to grow with a team dedicated to integrity and customer satisfaction.

In this commission-based position, you will educate prospects, schedule appointments, follow up, and maintain relationships with realtors.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of direct sales or customer service experience.
May require a valid real estate license depending on state.
Valid/Active Driver's License required.
Ability to work weekends.
On-site work at the model home or community office.
Experience with Microsoft Office; able to learn new software.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Professional appearance and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service via inbound calls and educate prospects about products.
Develop, practice, and deliver a sales presentation consistent with training.
Maintain a high level of activity: engage prospects, follow up, and set appointments to close.
Respond to customer queries promptly and maintain communication with team.
Enter leads, appointments, and all communication into Salesforce daily.
Develop and maintain relationships with realtors and community stakeholders.
Attend weekly meetings and provide updates on progress.
