Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of direct sales or customer service experience.
• Valid/Active Driver's License required.
• Weekend work with day off midweek may be required.
• On-site work at model home or mobile office within the community.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service through inbound calls and educate buyers about products.
• Develop and deliver a sales presentation aligned with training.
• Maintain high activity: engage new prospects, follow up, and set appointments to close.
• Respond promptly to customer queries and keep communication with the team.
• Attend weekly meetings and report on prospects and pipeline in Salesforce.
• Build relationships with realtors and network to generate referrals.
