Starlight Homes is seeking a New Home Sales Consultant in Phoenix to guide buyers through the home buying journey, delivering exceptional customer service and presenting the Starlight Homes and Ashton Woods offerings.

This commission-based role includes four weeks of award-winning training, weekend availability, and the opportunity to grow with a company committed to integrity and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced homebuilding environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of direct sales or customer service experience.
• Possible real estate license required by state.
• Valid/Active Driver's License required.
• Ability to work weekends and onsite at the community.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service through inquiries, educate buyers, set appointments, and respond professionally.
• Develop and deliver sales presentations aligned with training.
• Maintain high activity with prospects, follow-ups, and appointment setting to close.
• Respond promptly to customer questions and maintain communication with the team.
• Attend weekly meetings and keep Salesforce updated with leads and status.
• Build relationships with realtors and network within the community.
• Guide customers through the homebuying process and educate expectations.
