Starlight Homes is seeking a New Home Sales Consultant to guide buyers through the home purchase journey, delivering exceptional service and leveraging the established Starlight/Ashton Woods sales process. You will learn and apply training to convert prospects into homeowners, with 4‑weeks of award-winning training and a commission-based earning structure.

Drive the sales process by educating prospects about products, setting appointments, and answering questions.
Develop and deliver a professional sales presentation aligned with training.
Maintain high activity levels: engage new prospects, follow up, and set appointments to close.
Respond to customer queries promptly and maintain communications with the team.
Enter leads, appointments, and communications into Salesforce daily.
Build and maintain relationships with realtors and coordinate community outreach.
