Job summary

GL Homes is seeking a Sales Associate in Boca Raton to sell new homes using model homes and GL Homes marketing tools. You will build lasting relationships with buyers and brokers, generate leads, and guide buyers through the sales process.

Responsibilities include presenting to clients, coordinating with lenders, and assisting in closings, while maintaining accurate records and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree a plus.
• 5+ years of on-site new home sales experience required.
• Knowledge of new home construction preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Develop relations with real estate brokers, employment directors, and community leaders; invite them to visit the community and amenities.
• Marketing and self-generation of leads and traffic.
• Maintain customer and potential customer information and records.
• Coordinate presentations using displays, brochures, floor plans and price lists.
• Inspect model and spec homes to ensure viewing readiness and assist in opening/closing.
• Drive the community regularly to monitor appearance and upkeep.
• Show homes to prospective buyers and describe models, lots, and amenities.
• Implement broker programs, set up presentations, and visit broker offices.
• Monitor competition to answer buyers’ questions about alternatives.
• Follow up with customers including selections, deposits, mortgage progress, and closings.
