Responsibilities include guiding buyers through mortgage processes, lot selection, finishes, and the building journey to a successful close, while coaching the sales team and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

• Proven track record in new home construction or related sales.
• Experience in business development for real estate or construction sectors.
• Ability to guide buyers through mortgage, lot selection, and close.

Responsabilidades

• Overcome objections using effective handling techniques.
• Create urgency to buy and register prospects with complete data.
• Follow up with prospective buyers and achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Guide buyers through mortgage, lot purchase, finishes, and building process to closing.
• Coach and train sales team with shared knowledge and best practices.
• Utilize sales processes to build rapport and determine buyer needs and timing.
• Differentiate homes by presenting the building process and value to buyers.
• Qualify buyers financially (conventional, FHA, VA) and explain tax benefits.
