Sekisui House U.S., Inc. is seeking a Rotating Sales Consultant in Aurora, CO. The role acts as the primary sales representative for communities, guiding buyers through the new home selection process and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll collaborate with sales leadership, construction, design, marketing, and operations to stay current on products, timelines, and availability. The position requires strong communication, the ability to manage multiple buyers in a dynamic

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (education/experience) required.
Experience in home sales, real estate, or customer service a plus.
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

Guide prospective buyers through home selection and purchase process.
Conduct community tours and demonstrate model homes, floorplans, options.
Prospect and generate new sales leads via referrals, events, and online channels.
Prepare, review, and process sales contracts and documents accurately.
Maintain CRM records of customer interactions, leads, and contracts.
Collaborate with Construction, Design, Marketing, and Transactions teams.
Monitor customer satisfaction and address post-sale concerns.
Stay informed on market trends to inform sales strategies.
