You will collaborate with internal teams to stay informed on products, timelines, and availability while maintaining strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include conducting tours, presenting model homes and options, and generating leads through various channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Licensed to sell real estate within Oregon and/or Washington.
• Up to 1 year of experience in home sales, real estate, customer service, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective buyers through home selection and purchase processes.
• Conduct community tours and demonstrate models, floorplans and options.
• Prospect and generate new sales leads through referrals, events, and online platforms.
