Job summary

Lennar is seeking a New Home Consultant in the Winchester, VA area to guide homebuyers from initial engagement to closing. You will leverage Lennar’s selling philosophy to generate and close residential sales, maintaining relationships with buyers, Realtors, and internal teams.

The role requires 1–3 years in new home sales, strong communication and customer service skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Local travel and in-person presence at communities are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of new home sales experience with a residential builder.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to build relationships.
• Proven ability to generate and close sales from leads and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Engage visitors, establish relationships, and determine home buying needs using Lennar’s selling philosophy.
• Generate, process, and close home sales through self-generated or referred leads, leveraging the 10-5-2-1 selling approach.
• Provide consistent follow-through from initial contact through closing and post-closing activities with accurate records.
• Maintain Welcome Home Center, model homes, and inventory homes; communicate maintenance needs and ensure timely resolution.
• Travel locally to generate leads from Realtors/Co-Brokers, referrals, and self-prospecting.
• Develop knowledge of the competitive market, products, communities, trends, and demographics.
• Monitor daily customer traffic using company tracking tools; collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
• Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing initiatives to drive sales growth.
