Job summary

Lennar is seeking a New Home Consultant to guide homebuyers from initial engagement through closing. This role emphasizes proactive sales, strong customer relationships, and a deep understanding of the housing market to ensure a seamless buying experience.

You will engage visitors, qualify needs, and close sales while maintaining showroom and model homes. Travel locally to generate leads and collaborate across teams to drive customer satisfaction and successful transactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree and real estate license preferred.
• 1–3 years of new home sales experience with a homebuilder is ideal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales tracking tools.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage visitors, determine home buying needs, and drive sales to closing.
• Maintain Welcome Home Center, model homes, and inventory homes, coordinating maintenance as needed.
• Travel locally to generate leads from Realtors/Co-Broker referrals and proactive self-prospecting.
• Develop deep knowledge of products, communities, market trends, and advertising strategies; support sales processes.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth transactions and exceptional customer satisfaction.
