Job summary

Lennar is seeking a New Home Consultant to guide buyers from initial engagement to closing, using proactive sales techniques and CRM tools to ensure a seamless experience.

You will engage visitors, build relationships, generate and close leads, maintain model and inventory homes, and travel locally to develop referrals. Collaboration with internal teams will drive sales growth and top-tier customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales tracking tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree and real estate license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage visitors and determine home buying needs using Lennar’s selling philosophy.
• Generate, process, and close home sales through self-generated or referred leads.
• Maintain model homes and inventory homes and communicate maintenance needs.
• Travel locally to generate leads from Realtors/Co-Brokers and referrals.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth transaction and customer satisfaction.
