DRB Homes in Fort Collins is seeking a results-driven Sales Counselor to drive the sale of single-family homes in designated communities. You will coordinate all aspects of the home buying process to deliver an outstanding customer experience and ensure timely settlements while meeting monthly and annual goals.

This role combines on-site administration with sales leadership, including presenting model homes, guiding buyers through selections, and collaborating with the production team to ensure

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales.
• Five years of experience in home sales or equivalent.
• Licensed realtor in states where required.
• Valid driver’s license for business travel.

Responsabilités

• Meet or exceed monthly sales/settlement quota.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Greet all prospective customers.
• Demonstrate model home and convey home features and benefits.
• Provide information about community and surrounding area.
• Maintain an inviting model home site.
• Assist with site, plan, and structural options selections.
• Pre-qualify customers and complete contract worksheets.
• Prepare contracts, addenda, and color selections accurately.
• Assist with loan applications and deposits; expedite approvals.
• Liaise with production to plan and execute the building process.
• Follow up on loans, contingent contracts, and resales.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings.
• Recruit and direct Sales Associates and Assistants.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
