Job summary

DRB Homes in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced on-site Sales Associate to drive the sale of single-family homes within designated communities. You will coordinate the homebuying process, ensure timely settlements, and support Sales Associates to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

The role requires strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a focus on customer service, model home upkeep, and collaboration with production teams to schedule builds.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in home sales or equivalent.
• Prior experience in new home sales.
• Must be a licensed realtor in states where required.
• Must have valid driver’s license for business travel.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly sales/settlement quota.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Greet all prospective customers.
• Demonstrates model home and explains features.
• Provide information regarding community and surrounding area.
• Ensures that model home site is well maintained and presentable.
• Assist customer with selection of home site, house plan, and structural options.
• Pre-qualify customer and complete contract worksheet.
• Prepare all contracts addenda and color selections accurately.
• Assist customer with loan application and deposits per company requirements.
• Liaison with production team to assure planning and execution of building process.
• Follow up with loans, contingent contracts, listings of re-sales, homeowners after settlement.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings.
• Recruit, retain and direct activities of Sales Associates/Sales Assistants.
