D.R. Horton is seeking a Sales Representative to manage the full sales process and deliver exceptional customer service for homebuyers. You will source leads, help clients find and design their dream home, and guide them through the closing and construction stages.

The role emphasizes meeting sales targets in a commission-based environment with ongoing collaboration across teams and a Fortune 500 company backing. Valid driver’s license and mobility are required.

Formación

• Associate’s Degree or 2 years related experience.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Ability to use DRH Sales applications on mobile, tablet, or laptop.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.

Responsabilidades

• Effectively communicate DR Horton’s value proposition to potential customers.
• Uncover customer goals and establish DR Horton as the best solution.
• Overcome objections and close the sale.
• Maintain documentation from sale through loan, options, and construction.
• Continually source new sales opportunities and network with realtors.
• Develop and implement a marketing plan for new relationships.
• Meet sales goals and collaborate with team members.
