Job summary

Meritage Homes is seeking an Outside Sales Counselor in Myrtle Beach, SC. The role emphasizes leveraging Realtor relationships and buyer leads to generate new home sales with exceptional customer service.

You will serve as the liaison among Realtors, buyers, construction, closing, and title teams, driving traffic and guiding buyers through the purchase process with professional presentations and CRM-driven follow-up.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or educational equivalent required; some college coursework or Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
• 3+ years in outside sales with a proven track record in new home sales preferred.
• Real Estate license may be required in some states.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Accomplish sales and customer service goals and other objectives set by theSales Leader.
• Maintain and cultivate Realtor relationships to build long-term partnerships.
• Connect unrepresented homebuyers to Realtors and guide them through the process.
• Ensure communities and models are presented in a pristine manner for guests.
• Develop and refine personal sales presentations to improve conversions.
• Utilize consultative selling to educate customers about home buying.
• Manage discovery and follow-up strategies using the CRM system.
• Demonstrate models, home sites, and showcase homes as needed.
• Provide all pricing, community, and home site details; explain agreements and terms.
• Solicit new and referral business using Salesforce for prospecting.
• Coordinate with design studio, lenders, mortgage and title companies as necessary.
• Keep buyers informed throughout construction, completion, and closing.
