Job summary

Meritage Homes Corporation is seeking an Outside Sales Counselor to drive new home sales by leveraging Realtor and buyer networks and delivering exceptional customer service. You will liaise with Realtors, construction, Closing Department, and Title Company to keep buyers informed and engaged.

Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, cultivating long-term partnerships with Realtors, guiding buyers through the process, and using CRM to manage prospects and schedule model/showing

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of outside sales experience.
• Strong track record in new home sales preferred.
• Experience working with Realtors and buyers a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and customer service goals and other objectives set by Sales Leader.
• Maintain and grow Realtor relationships to create long-term partnerships.
• Connect buyers to Realtors and guide them through homebuying.
• Ensure communities and models are presented attractively to guests.
• Present Purchase Agreements and explain terms, taxes, and HOA rules.
• Manage prospecting and follow-up using Salesforce CRM.
• Coordinate appointments with design studios, lenders, and title companies.
• Provide timely buyer paperwork and internal reporting.
