Lennar is hiring a New Home Consultant in the Charlotte, NC area. You will guide homebuyers from initial engagement to closing, using Lennar’s selling philosophy and proactive sales techniques.

Travel to local communities to cultivate leads, maintain show homes, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless buying experience. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Engage visitors and determine buyers' needs using Lennar selling philosophy.
• Generate, process and close home sales through self-generated or referred leads.
• Travel locally to generate leads from Realtors/Co-Brokers and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Welcome Home Center, model homes, and inventory homes; coordinate maintenance needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions and high customer satisfaction.
• Attend sales meetings and neighborhood promotions to drive sales growth.
