Job summary

Lennar is hiring a New Home Consultant in Bend, Oregon to guide buyers from first contact through closing. You will build relationships with visitors, generate leads, and stay informed about Lennar’s communities, products, and promotions.

The role requires solid communication, organization, and a customer-service mindset. You will conduct tours, maintain model homes, participate in local marketing efforts, and complete required training while supporting buyers throughout their journey in

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree and real estate license preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in homebuilding or real estate sales preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage and establish relationships with visitors to understand their home buying needs.
• Self-generate sales leads through community engagement, realtor partnerships, and proactive prospecting.
• Develop knowledge of the competitive market, products, features, and demographics.
• Provide consistent follow-through with customers from initial contact to post-closing, maintaining records.
• Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing programs.
• Maintain Welcome Home Center models and inventory homes.
