Job summary

UnionMain Homes, LLC in Atlanta is seeking a Part Time Sales Associate to provide on-site coverage at our sales offices. You will build rapport with prospective buyers, determine housing needs, demonstrate model homes, and follow up to convert leads into appointments.

Responsibilities include presenting the value of our lender, registering prospects digitally, coordinating events, and responding to online inquiries via Live Chat or email.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Advanced internet, email, and sales contact CRM experience.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and CRM management.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with prospective buyers and determine housing needs.
• Demonstrate model home and inventory homes and lots based on prospect’s needs.
• Follow up with potential buyers to convert to sales and develop referral contacts.
• Present the value of using our preferred lender and achieve lender capture rate goal.
• Ensure that all prospects fill out a digital registration.
• Host and attend realtor events and coordinate model home openings and referral events.
• Provide same-day, immediate email/phone response to online inquiries and live chat.
