David Weekley Homes is seeking a people-driven individual to join the Tampa division as a New Home Sales Associate, with the goal of advancing to a New Home Sales Consultant after a 6–12 month training period. The role focuses on learning the residential homebuilding business, delivering excellent customer service and supporting Sales Consultants.

Ideal candidates are eager to learn, excel in customer interactions, and build relationships.

Qualifications

• Real estate experience is not required.
• When recently graduated or with experience in hospitality, serving, education, banking, apartment leasing, event management or a comparable customer-facing role, we want to talk with you!

By joining the Tampa division as a New Home Sales Associate, this individual will have the opportunity to learn the skills needed to be successful in new home sales and, after a training period of 6-12 months, increase your responsibilities with the transition to a New Home Sales Consultant position with big earning potential.
