Job summary

David Weekley Homes in the Tampa division is seeking a people-driven individual eager to learn and pursue residential homebuilding. The New Home Sales Associate program trains you for 6–12 months, after which you may advance to a New Home Sales Consultant with strong earning potential.

You will support Sales Consultants by handling customer service, administrative tasks, marketing, and other duties, bringing a positive attitude and a willingness to learn to every interaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, communications, hospitality or related field.
• Real estate experience is not required.
• Customer-facing experience in hospitality, education, banking, or leasing is welcome.

By joining the Tampa division as a New Home Sales Associate, this individual will have the opportunity to learn the skills needed to be successful in new home sales and, after a training period of 6-12 months, increase your responsibilities with the transition to a New Home Sales Consultant position with big earning potential.

Responsibilities:

New Home Sales Associates will participate in David Weekley Homes' training program while supporting Sales Consultants through customer service, administrative tasks, marketing and other duties.

Your responsibility is to bring a great attitude, enthusiasm, a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn!

Qualifications

Real estate experience isnotrequired. If you have recently graduated or have experience in hospitality, serving, education, banking, apartment leasing, event management or a comparable customer-facing role, we want to talk with you!
