Job summary

Betenbough Homes in Northwest Lubbock is seeking a New Home Associate to guide families through the home buying journey and support the sales process from first visit to close. This role partners closely with the New Home Sales Specialist to convert prospects into homeowners while also taking appointments and assisting with follow-up.

You will maintain CRM communications, help with post-agreement steps, build relationships with Realtors, and create engaging social media content that reflects

Qualifications

• Experience in residential sales or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to build relationships with Realtors and homebuyers.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and post-sale follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Support the full sales process alongside the New Home Sales Specialist.
• Maintain accurate and timely CRM communication.
• Provide post-agreement support with updates and next steps.
• Build and strengthen relationships with Realtors.
• Create and share engaging social media content.
• Participate in team training and role-play to grow skills.
• Support quarterly sales events and community activities.
• Represent Betenbough Homes in the community.
