Role requires comprehension of homebuilding processes, strong communication with homeowners, and ability to leverage technology for scheduling and documentation. Charleston market focus with a team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Prior scattered-site residential construction experience preferred.
• Technical construction knowledge to guide field personnel and systems.
• Computer experience and ability to use technology (Smartphone, iPad) and email (Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to build their custom home and schedule trades while ensuring quality and timely completion.
• Build homes within time, cost, quality and satisfaction standards.
• Participate in pre-construction meetings with the General Manager, Customer Coordinators and homeowners.

Our Construction Manager:

• Must be proficient in understanding residential construction systems.
• Is responsible for working with the customer to build their dream home, schedule trades and ensure the home is built with attention to quality, meeting building time expectations and exceeding homeowner satisfaction!
• Builds assigned homes within time, cost, quality and satisfaction standards.
• Participates in pre-construction meeting with General Manager, Customer Coordinators and homeowners.

Requirements

• Prior scattered-site residential construction experience (preferred).
