Job summary

Schumacher Homes is seeking a New Home Consultant to guide clients in designing their dream home. You will work with customers to understand needs, present options, and help close sales while delivering exceptional service.

The role requires a dynamic personality, sales drive, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Salesforce; on-site in Indiana, with overtime and weekend hours as needed. You can earn commissions in addition to base pay.

Qualifications

• Hours require Saturday and one late night per week.
• Previous sales experience is required. New home sales preferred.
• Must be efficient in utilizing Microsoft Office and familiar with a CRM (Salesforce).
