Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring an Onboarding Specialist who will proctor the New Employee Orientation (NEO) and set the tone for the security professional experience as the first phase of the onboarding program.

The role includes preparing for NEO, reviewing Form I-9 documents, administering drug tests, updating iCIMS and WinTeam, and ensuring completion of the orientation and final exam for each new hire.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Professional administrative environment experience.
• Ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
• Handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Initiative and deadline management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for New Employee Orientation (NEO) daily with required tools.
• Proctor NEO, review welcome kit, verify Form I-9 documents and administer drug tests.
• Initiate onboarding documents via ATS (e.g., iCIMS).
• Complete employer section of Form I-9 documents.
• Update iCIMS and ensure required iForms are complete.
• Advance new hires in WinTeam and update fields, compliance codes, and direct deposit.
• Ensure orientation is completed (3 lessons and final exam).
• Enter rehires into WinTeam and update employee information.
